It has an intoxicating aroma and a balanced and delicate flavor. It can be infused multiple times without fading in flavor.
Use 2 teaspoons per 12 to 16 oz pot.
Use Hot (160º - 180ºF.) water.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
